Very poor customer service. Perhaps too busy to be courteous. Every person that walks in the door is a customer. To think I wanted to support a local business.

My wife and I recently moved to Texas, “we got here as quickly as we could” (literally with a grand baby about to be born). During the relocation process, we attempted to work with our existing insurance provider but we found them very difficult to deal with, regarding a cross country move. So then we started to shop around and thought about going back to a previous provider (one with military connections) and they too could not explain crazy rates they were quoting us. Finally, we turned to our Church bulletin and right there in our hand, we found our next insurance carrier: Ruben Cardenas Agency. We worked with Jena H. who was able to take our information, understanding our needs and she got us a great rate. So happy to have that part of the journey over. Robert & Aida Kelley are doing this review. on June 20,2024 we had the most horrible experience with the burning of our home at 2AM. We lost our three cats that we had had for over 14 years and our dog also of 14 years. State Farm stepped up immediately and made sure we had the money and a place to stay which made things easier to go through. Since then, they are helping us rebuild our home and get everything back to normal. If you ever need to get insurance for anything they are the company to work with. They are truly the best thing that has ever happened to us. We highly recommend them for all your needs.
